Unfortunately not. All orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature for delivery.
All of our minimal packaging is tested for security and constructed with FSC certified 90% biodegradable material, sustainably printed with Noor & Leila branding in soy-based ink.
Packages are shipped via UPS 2-Day and fully insured.
Please be available to sign for your package upon delivery.
If your order gets lost during transit please reach out to our team on our contact page as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary. Noor & Leila is not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.
Packages sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company. Once a package leaves our facility it is VERY unlikely we can alter the shipping speed or overcome delays due to weather or technical issues. However, we will keep you updated on shipping times and delay, and do everything we can to work with the shipper to overcome such delays.

Your order will require a signature for delivery, so please be sure that an adult is home to receive your order.
If you may not be available to sign, we recommend making other arrangements such as delivering to a work address or a neighbor who will be available to sign during the day.
UPS will attempt to deliver your package three times before it is sent back to us. If your package is sent back to us and needs to be shipped a second time, a flat $75 shipping fee will apply.
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs duties, VAT fees, or other import taxes, depending on the country. Buyers are responsible for all such costs, so please be aware of your country's policies on imported goods before placing your order.
International orders may experience longer wait times while they clear customs in their destination country. Unfortunately, such delays are beyond our control.
Yes, your package is insured from the time it leaves our studio until you sign for it.

In order to qualify for an exchange, your original ring must first be sent back to us unworn, in its original condition with all packaging and N&L Certificate.
Please contact us within 30-90 days of receiving your ring to begin the exchange process.
Exchanges processed between 30 and 90 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the cost of your original ring.
We cannot accept custom or bespoke rings for exchange, and customers cannot exchange their ring for credit toward a custom ring.

If you choose to exchange your piece of jewelry, you need to complete our exchange form, which you can find at the bottom of this page. We will then send you prepaid shipping instructions.
Please remember we only accept exchanges within 90 days of you receiving your order.
When we receive your ring undamaged and unworn, we will begin the process of completing your exchange.
