Our Lifetime Warranty only covers the optical properties of the stone under normal wear. Optical properties include color, clarity, and clouding.

Examples of common jewelry issues that would be considered manufacturing defects include:

• Stones already loose in a newly made ring

• Newly-made rings that are deformed or bent (Min. band width 1.6mm)

• Rings that are easily bent or deformed without any significant force

• Rings that were made with the incorrect material such as gold rather than platinum

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but all fine jewelry must be treated with care. We recommend that you remove your ring when showering, sleeping, or engaging in physical activity like exercising, swimming, or hiking. Take care to keep your ring away from harsh chemicals or anything else that may harm it.

Any damage or harm related to instances outside of normal wear and tear, such as not following care instructions, would unfortunately not be covered under our warranty.

• Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals.

• Bent, caught or otherwise damaged prongs(s) allowing a stone to fall out or be lost.

• Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by any damage.

1. If you find any fault with your new ring, please complete the claim form at the bottom of this page to arrange an assessment of your ring.

2. We will coordinate complimentary shipping for you to send your ring back to us, along with a copy of your original order receipt and/or N&L certificate.

3. Once we receive and verify the defects present in regards to your claim, we will send you a report and either repair your ring(s) or replace them.

4. Upon inspection, if any rings are found to show signs of damage that fall outside of our warranty, we will provide you with a quote to have them repaired or replaced at a reduced price.

5. We will ship your new or repaired rings back to you under the same shipping process that you received them. The entire process typically takes 4-6 weeks.
