One of our jewelry design specialists will be assigned to you, review your order and draft a cost estimate based on the requested materials, specs, and complexity of the design.

Until we actually finalize your designs, we can not produce an accurate cost for you. Your design estimate will provide a cost range that tends to be accurate within 5-10% of your final cost.

After approving your cost estimate, we will email you a link to pay a $500 design deposit. This is a non-refundable deposit that covers our team's time to finalize your ring design. It is deducted from you final balance.

Your jewelry design specialist will start with a detailed sketch of your ring concept, outlining which stones and materials will be used.

This step is primarily to make sure you and your ring desinger are on the same page in terms of your vision.

The sketch process includes one revision. If many changes our needed, our specialist may schedule a design review call with you to further discuss what you have in mind.

Once we have the sketch and the stones decided, we bring your ring to life with a Computer Aided Design. This is the final step before your ring goes into final production.

With the final design approved we can provide you with a final ring balance. We'll send you a link to pay this remaining balnace (minus the $500 design deposit) before we begin production of your ring.

From the CAD, we create a wax model and cast your ring. It is then carefully sized, stones are set, and it is polished to perfection.

We carefully package your ring in our signature soft-touch, suede Noor & Leila ring box.

The ring box is then fits securely in our eco-friendly mailers made with 90%-recycled FSC paper material and printed with soy-based ink. These our colorful mailers with our logo printed on the front - you can see examples on our Instagram page.

It is then shipped via UPS 2-Day and fully insured, which requires an adult signature at delivery.
